Thanks for coming to our show at Fraze.... All 2085 of you!!!
Notice the symbolism of that number "2085" ... Party like it's "1985"...
Could it have been 100 times greater than 1985?!?
We're not technically sure...Price Waterhouse is doing the math...but it was fun!!!

Hi Jeff,
I'm a long time listener and really enjoy your radio station. I really wanted to say thanks for a great performance on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at the Fraze. I've always wanted to see your group and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity for the first time on Tuesday. We went with several friends and I can't emphasize enough how much we thoroughly enjoyed 'Velvet Crush' and of course, 'Stranger'.
I don't want this to start sounding like a Casey Kasem Long Distance Dedication but my wife recently has suffered through some health issues. It was so great to see her enjoying the show and listening to her singing along to all of the songs. Thanks for helping brighten things up for her. It was a great way to spend a summer evening. Of course, Grace stole the show!!! But, I also wanted to compliment you on the way you interacted with the audience especially the young kids. It was so great to see the smiles on their faces.
Again, thanks for a great evening. I can't wait to see 'Stranger' again.
Sincerely,
Bill

Dear Jeff---
I really enjoyed the show last night and was very pleasantly surprised, both with the band and the material --- songs that I haven't heard in ages, and some that I've never heard done live. I spent from 1980 - 1986 working locally as a sound engineer with mostly local and " bar bands ", and I'm pretty familiar with most of your music,
("I can name that song in three notes..."), but it was just plain great hearing that music again. I started to tell you about Greg Ogden (Ann Stevens' "main squeeze") and a band he was in ( with Bill Hauer of Hauer music) called "the Outlets" in the early eighties here in Dayton. I worked with them for most of the time they were together and I enjoyed listening to and mixing that genre of music. They did a "Jenny - Jessie's Girl - I've Done Everything " medley, and hearing that brought back a lot of memories. And little Grace - that child is just amazing (no pun intended). She should be a regular at your shows. When you started into "Amazing Grace" -- well, I'd have liked to hear the whole song from you. "Summer of '69" --was that spontaneous crowd reaction or is that typical of a Stranger show? I guess I'll have to start following you guys and find out for myself, huh? Last night was a pretty special night for Sylvia and me and our daughter Jamie as well, being that it was her first concert of any kind, but I'd bet good money that it was for you guys as well. You guys put on a great show and it's obvious that you like what you're doing. That's refreshing to see. Have fun with the R.E.O. show and get some rest -- even God rested on the seventh day.

Hey Jeff,
Please pass on to the guys...you guys were fabulous. It was so cool to see so many people out to enjoy a wonderful evening of great entertainment. Lily pooped out about 1015 and wanted to leave, so we didn't see any encores, but I'm sure you did well. Congrats on the air show gig. I am playing in piqua that night so we wont be there. Have fun and see ya soon.
Tom
P.S. have fun in Chicago next week. Go REDS!!! wahhhooooooo!!!!!!!!1

Importance: High
Good Morning Jeff!!!
I don't know if you knew it or not, but Tipp City had to shutdown last night. When the Hadden's, Swishers and Wamplers were the last to leave town for "Your" concert, they locked the doors to Tipp.
You are quite the stud. Last night's concert was great!!!!! Yes, I have to admit, you were upstaged a little bit by that cutie - Grace. But we all know who's the heart and soul behind Stranger.
Again, great concert last night. Good Luck opening for REO Friday night!!! Being an 80's guy, that would be dream gig for me. I wish I could be there.
Break a leg. I'll talk to you soon.
Love Ya Man!!!!
Bobby

HI!
I just wanted to tell you what a GREAT time we had last night at the Fraze. Stranger is awesome!! We had a group of 25 there last night - most lived through the 80’s - so we enjoyed it.
I think it is great you were at such a wonderful venue as the Fraze. I was able to take my children (ages 3 & 5) and they had a blast too! Their first concert! (other than the Barney kind). I think my kids are going to re-live the 80’s music with me over & over!
Well - I just wanted to say THANKS for such a great little inexpensive night out with my kids!
As a single mom always looking for something fun and different to do.
Hope to see you again!
Amy

Hey Jeff,
I clicked on the 'Join Email List' link on the Stranger website and it brought me here so I decided to write you. I went to the show at the Fraze on Tuesday and as usual you guys were awesome!!! I also picked up your CD and I really enjoy it. Due to prior commitments I will be unable to see you guys open for REO Speedwagon. That's ok though, because I saw REO earlier this summer. I'll be seeing you guys for the fourth time this summer when you play Sharkeys in September. I also wanted to thank you for signing a t-shirt at the Moraine Festival for my friend Heather. It really meant a lot to her. Thanks for everything.
Jason.
